Provident Waste Solutions was founded in 2017 by Julian Crooks. With over 15  years of experience in the Waste and Recycling industry, Julian discovered that property management companies were struggling to keep their properties esthetically pleasing as well as making sure they had the right program in place for trash and recycling removal. 

Whether from tenant’s doorstep to on-site receptacles or removal of trash and recyclables from the property itself, there was a growing need. Furthermore, with frequent turnover in the multi-family housing Industry, bulk item removal was a constant required service.  While working for for a national waste hauler, Julian launched his junk removal business. 

As the  junk removal business rapidly grew, Julian was presented with the opportunity from his clients to begin performing valet trash services for them also.  From that point on, Julian focused fully on providing holistic solutions to his clients handling valet trash service, junk removal as well as sharing his knowledge of the waste and recycling industry. With this knowledge, Julian was able to create customized solutions for customers including but not limited to; cost containment, client friendly contract negotiations with Waste haulers and over all sustainable solutions for waste and recycling streams generated by a myriad of customers. From property management groups of multi family housing, large and small industrial companies, small commercial businesses, chain store operators, hospital systems, you name it, Julian has consulted with them all. 

Now partnering with a few experienced friends, Provident Waste Solutions is a growing company and looking for greater opportunities to help serve others
