GUIDELINES FOR TRASH VALET

STEP 1 - PLACEMENT: Sunday-Thursday between 6pm-8pm

All trash should be securely tied and placed in trash valet bin. Double bag all pet waste and place inside trash bag. up to two bags per night and under 25 lbs. per bag. No bags should be left on the ground.


STEP 2 - PICK-UP: Sunday-Thursday 8pm-11pm

A proven, uniformed Provident Waste Solutions team member performs valet service


STEP 3 - RETURN: Sunday -Thursday before 9am next day

Return bin inside residence the following morning by 9am


Note: No waste and/or recycling services will be provided on New Year's Evenings (December 31st & January 1st evenings), Memorial Day evening, July 4th evening, Labor Day evening, Thanksgiving Day evening or Christmas evenings (December 24th & 25th)

VIOLATIONS

If you received a violation door hanger, no problem. Just correct the marked issue and we will be glad to collect your trash on the next scheduled service day.

FAQs


Q-Does Provident Waste Solutions provide containers for Valet Trash Service?

A-Yes! We will provide each tenant with a 13-gallon black trash container with lid


Q-How are violations reported?

A-Each night services are performed, our uniformed service tech will take a picture of the violation and fill out a violation report to leave on the tenant’s door. Within 24 hours, all recorded violations are sent to the property manager via email. 


Q-Does Provident Waste Solutions provide valet service for recyclables?

A- Only if the property management company includes this service in their contract with us. 


Q-Does Provident Waste Solutions charge tenants directly for Valet Trash Service?

A-No. The service agreement is negotiated directly with the property management company. 


Q- what are the service hours for a Valet Trash program

A- Working together with the property management company, we will help them determine the frequency and customize a  program . Refer to Guidelines for Valet Trash above to get a general idea.
